Booking, Cancellation &
Payment Terms & Conditions When making a booking, we will require
the following details: Name, Contact Number(s), and address
(home address will be required whether the detail be booked
there or at another address) along with vehicle make & model. To complete & confirm a booking, a
deposit of 50.00 GBP is required. This can be paid via cash,
cheque, credit/debit card* (via PayPal) or bank transfer. If you cancel your booking with more than
72 hours notice before the arranged detail date, your deposit
will be refunded. Less than 48 hours notice of the agreed
date will incur a charge of 50% of the full quoted detail price
and the deposit kept. Less than 24 hours notice of the agreed
date will incur a charge of the full quoted detail price and the
deposit kept. The deposit will be deducted from the
overall total to be paid upon completion of the booking. Payment for the booking can be made via
cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card* (via PayPal) Payments in cash must be made in British
Sterling (GBP). Cheques must be made payable to 'Refined
Detail'. *Please note that card payments via PayPal
incur a 3.4% increased charge to cover PayPal's fee's.
