Booking, Cancellation & Payment Terms & Conditions

 

  • When making a booking, we will require the following details: Name, Contact Number(s), and address (home address will be required whether the detail be booked there or at another address) along with vehicle make & model.

  • To complete & confirm a booking, a deposit of 50.00 GBP is required. This can be paid via cash, cheque, credit/debit card* (via PayPal) or bank transfer.

  • If you cancel your booking with more than 72 hours notice before the arranged detail date, your deposit will be refunded.

  • Less than 48 hours notice of the agreed date will incur a charge of 50% of the full quoted detail price and the deposit kept.

  • Less than 24 hours notice of the agreed date will incur a charge of the full quoted detail price and the deposit kept.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the overall total to be paid upon completion of the booking.

  • Payment for the booking can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card* (via PayPal)

  • Payments in cash must be made in British Sterling (GBP). Cheques must be made payable to 'Refined Detail'.

 

*Please note that card payments via PayPal incur a 3.4% increased charge to cover PayPal's fee's.
